We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1000.
  • For orders below ₹1000, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We strive to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Tracking

To track your order, use our Order Tracking link found in the footer. Simply enter your order ID or mobile number to view your order’s status.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics) may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date of receipt.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and seals must be intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping: Depending on the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), return shipping may be covered by us, or you may need to arrange it at your own cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or opened products that have been used are not eligible for returns.
  • Products without original packaging or tags may also not qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Proof of damage or incorrect item (photos of the product)
  • Your order number

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
